We spent over a decade mastering coffee across Europe — learning how to roast it, taste it, and truly understand it. But when we came to America, we were shocked: most coffee here was burnt. That’s when we decided to bring back what real coffee is supposed to be — smooth, flavorful, and full of life. Born in Miami by a team of friends from the same hometown, SENS Coffee was created to redefine how people experience coffee. We source our beans from high-elevation farms around the world — each with its own soil, drying method, and story. Every roast is done gently to preserve flavor, health benefits, and the natural beauty of the bean. We never compromise on quality. You’re not a trash can — what you drink matters. Sense Coffee gives you energy, clarity, and balance — the way coffee should. Our mission is simple: make specialty coffee accessible to everyone. In the next few years, we’re launching robo cafés — fully automated kiosks serving perfect, healthy coffee 24/7. Because great coffee shouldn’t be a luxury — it should just make SENS.

Part of the advantage of an independent company established by friends and family is the lack of external influence, allowing us to forge an honest approach to coffee to bring great quality taste into people's lives. This passion for the specialty of coffee and desire to present the best coffee in the world to people, honesty, transparency, and dedication led to a philosophy - "Everything makes sense.”
Specialty coffee is a truly unique and valuable human product. Grown in high-altitude regions with mineral-rich soils, carefully cultivated without chemicals, and hand-picked to ensure only ripe berries are selected, this coffee embodies all the benefits provided by our land and the unique geo-climatic conditions of its production. This type of coffee is low in caffeine, rich in trace elements and antioxidants, and boasts a developed flavor potential.

We work only with proven farmers who are dedicated to their work, do not use child labor, and adhere to the principles of sustainability with deep respect and care for nature.
We select the best specialty coffee crops and try to update the assortment regularly based on the harvest season to offer you the freshest harvests.
It is important to us to respect the environment and pay farmers a fair price for their hard human labor.
We meet farmers where coffee originates, maintain relationships with those who are enthusiastic about caring for every plant and coffee cherry, and help coffee farmers organize their best lives by buying coffee at a fair price.

Roasting is one of the most critical stages in producing exceptional coffee. For each region and country, we select a specific profile to unlock the full flavor potential of each class of coffee, best reflecting its geographic origin. Most of our coffee is roasted in an Omni style, allowing it to be used for brewing delicate, juicy filter coffee and vibrant espresso.
