About coffee

MEDIUM SEASONAL BLEND

The Medium Seasonal Blend delivers a sweet, rounded body, achieved through a carefully crafted combination of washed and naturally processed coffees. Our omni-roast approach brings out the coffee’s full potential, whether you’re brewing a full-bodied filter coffee or a sweet espresso that creates an unforgettable union when it is paired with any milk. This half-and-half mix of Ethiopia and Colombia is a benchmark for consistently sweet cups with a wide flavor spectrum, silky texture, and flavors reminiscent of ripe dried stone fruits, refined cocoa, and cane sugar. The secret ingredient - a naturally processed, decaffeinated coffee from Colombia’s Huila region adds to this bland unique note of brightness and balance.

Brewing a cup of “Medium Seasonal Blend” reveals a symphony of red ripe berries, refined cocoa, the sweetness of cane sugar, juicy red peach, and floral notes, all tied together with a silky body.

ORIGINS OF ETHIOPIA & COLOMBIA IN EVERY CUP

The Medium Blend showcases the exceptional quality of coffees from Ethiopia and Colombia, combined with a unique roast profile that brings out their best.

Ethiopia: Known for its iconic flavors and unparalleled quality, Ethiopian coffee is
synonymous with vibrant floral notes, ripe stone fruits, creamy caramel, and chocolatey undertones.

Colombia: Famous for its dynamic, high-altitude farms and year-round harvests, Colombian coffee offers a consistent sweetness and complexity, featuring flavors of ripe berries, tropical fruits, and sugarcane.

Everything makes Sens. Enjoy!

Rich with nutty undertones. I tried this medium roast in my French press and was impressed by its depth of flavor. The coffee has a light feeling on the palate, with subtle notes of honey and toasted almonds. A wonderful choice for specialty coffee lovers.

Great for Aeropress. Using the Aeropress, this coffee delivers a clean and crisp cup. The medium roast brings out gentle fruity undertones, and the light mouthfeel makes it perfect for those who appreciate specialty coffee without the heaviness of darker roasts.

Perfect for espresso. As an espresso enthusiast, I found this blend to be exceptional. The medium roast provides a robust yet not overpowering flavor, with a light feeling that makes each sip enjoyable. It's versatile enough for both straight espresso shots and milk-based drinks.

Mellow with bright acidity. As a fan of medium roasts, this seasonal blend exceeded my expectations. It has a light feeling that doesn't compromise on flavor, with a pleasant acidity and notes of citrus. Perfect for both espresso and drip brewing methods.
