This Maragogype-Caturra hybrid, grown by Juan Diego in Guatemala, is a standout variety from a Cup of excellence-winning producer, offering delicate notes of chamomile and mineral-rich raw sugar.

El Socorro Farm, originally established by Antonio López Colom, has remained in the Colom family for generations. In 1980, Juan De La Cerda Colom introduced coffee cultivation with a commitment to financial stability. His son, Diego De La Cerda, modernized processing methods, transforming El Socorro into a globally recognized producer of high-altitude specialty coffee, maintaining shade-grown farming and biodiversity conservation.
