It combines standout lots from Ethiopia and Colombia, both processed using the washed method for clean, crisp flavors. The result is a harmonious blend that offers a delightful tasting experience whether brewed as espresso or filter coffee.

Expect notes of ripe stone fruits like apricot and peach, red berries, sweet bergamot tea, and a light tea-like texture. The finish features a hint of fine chocolate, creating an exquisite cup.

Light Blend features a precise balance of two exceptional coffee lots from Ethiopia and Colombia.

Ethiopia: The birthplace of coffee, Ethiopia boasts a rich history and deep cultural traditions in coffee production. Its specialty coffee industry is dynamic and thriving, with ideal conditions for high-quality Arabica beans. Year after year, smallholder farmers focus on exceptional harvests, producing iconic flavor profiles that include floral notes, ripe stone fruits, creamy caramel, baked goods, and milk chocolate.

Colombia: Often referred to as the “Ethiopia of the New World of coffee,” Colombia is a rising star in the specialty coffee scene. Its equatorial location and unique geo-climatic zones allow for the cultivation of top-tier Arabica beans nearly year-round. With its mineral-rich soils and dedicated farmers, Colombia consistently delivers high-quality coffee with flavors of ripe berries, tropical fruits, and cane sugar.

The V60 is perfect for those who enjoy light to medium roasts and want to
explore the finer details of coffee flavor through careful manual brewing. The V60 is a popular pour-over coffee brewing method designed by the Japanese brand Hario. The name "V60" comes from the brewer's V-shaped cone with a 60-degree angle, allowing for precise control of the extraction process.
