This decaf offering comes from the San Antonio village in the Inzá region of Colombia, produced by smallholder farmers dedicated to quality. Grown at elevations of 1,750–2,000 masl, this coffee benefits from the region’s ideal microclimate, promoting slow cherry maturation for enhanced complexity. Using the sugarcane ethyl acetate decaffeination process, this coffee retains vibrant flavors without caffeine. It presents notes of caramel, cherry, and chocolate, offering a balanced profile with medium acidity and a smooth finish.

explore the finer details of coffee flavor through careful manual brewing. The V60 is a popular pour-over coffee brewing method designed by the Japanese brand Hario. The name "V60" comes from the brewer's V-shaped cone with a 60-degree angle, allowing for precise control of the extraction process.
